A roof that opens.
Motorized louvered roofs, glass enclosures and integrated lighting — engineered in aluminum so it looks this good in year fifteen.
Shade on demand. Sky when you want it.
Open the louvers for morning light, close them when the sun comes around, seal them when the rain starts. Add glass walls and the patio becomes a room you use in February.
- Motorized or fixed louvered roofs
- Optional frameless sliding glass walls
- Rain and wind sensors, app and voice control
- Attached, freestanding or multi-bay layouts

Everything is part of the structure, not bolted on later.
Motorized louvers
Interlocking aluminum blades rotate from open sky to a closed, rain-shedding roof at the touch of a button.
Glass enclosures
Frameless sliding glass converts the pergola into a weather-tight room without losing the view.
Integrated LED
Recessed, dimmable perimeter lighting wired through the posts. No exposed cable, no electrician callback.
Powder-coated aluminum
Architectural extrusions with a baked powder finish. No rust, no rot, no repainting in Texas sun.
Smart controls
Rain and wind sensors close the roof on their own. Run it from a wall switch, a remote or your phone.
Made to measure
Sized to your patio, pool deck or yard, attached to the house or standing on its own.
From consultation to first evening outside.
Consultation
We walk the property with you, measure, and talk through how you actually use the space. You get a drawing and a written estimate.
Deposit
A 30% deposit puts your pergola into production. Nothing is ordered until you have seen the design and the number.
Production
Three to eight weeks depending on size and options. If you need concrete, we pour it while the pergola is being built.
Install
When it arrives, the crew is on site one to two days. Most go up in one.
Louvered, enclosed and lit.
Concept renderings of the configurations we build most.
Rough numbers, before we meet.
Pick the pieces you're thinking about and see the typical installed range. The site visit turns it into a quote.
A planning number, not a quote. Site conditions, spans, finishes and utilities move the final price; the site visit is where it gets exact.

Two clocks. Once you approve the design and place the 30% deposit, production takes three to eight weeks depending on size and options. When the pergola arrives, installation is one to two days on site, and most go up in one. Any concrete work happens while the pergola is in production, so it is ready when the crew shows up.
Yes. Closed louvers overlap into a weather-tight roof that drains into the frame, and the optional rain sensor closes them at the first drops.
Either. We design attached, freestanding and multi-bay layouts, and we handle the ledger and footing details for each.
A 30% deposit at signing puts the pergola into production. The balance is due at installation.
Structure, finish and motor warranties vary by system; we put the exact terms in writing with your quote.
